位於將軍澳寶琳的四川菜館,全港有幾家分店,有冒菜套餐,亦有川菜小炒、麻辣干鍋系列、烤魚等等。川菜經典:酸菜魚 大大一盤,約二人份量,魚片薄片滑嫩,沒有骨頭。不過配菜份量較多,有豆皮、金菇、芽菜、寬粉,底下全部都是土豆片。紅油水餃:川式芫荽蠔仔跟餐還可加配一份川式芫荽蠔仔紅油水餃及凉拌小黃魚。紅油浸著水餃,麻麻辣辣;水餃包著切碎的芫茜蠔仔,配豬肉餡。凉菜:凉拌小黃魚凉拌小黃魚有驚喜,外皮炸得脆口,雖然細細條,但蠻多肉的冒菜:冒菜C餐8款配菜可以選擇4-8款配菜,湯底選了麻辣,香辣濃郁。配菜選擇了牛丸、豆皮、風琴豆腐、雞肉、鴨血、魷魚花、豬大腸、鴨血,非常豐富;主食選了火鍋寬粉,麵條闊身,煙煙韌韌。甜品:桂花豆花涼粉小碗的份量,還額外添加了三色芋圓,桂花糖漿淋上豆腐花,豆腐花及涼粉滑溜,帶微微的桂花香,而且口感豐富。
