今日同朋友去咗深水埗福榮街嘅C2 Lab,試吓佢哋嘅西餐,真係有驚喜!

頭盤係~香煎北海道帶子黑魚子配黑松露忌廉汁,帶子煎到外脆內嫩,一啖咬落去超鮮甜,加埋黑魚子同黑松露忌廉汁,味道濃郁得嚟又唔會搶咗帶子嘅鮮味,正!

跟住個~黑松露忌廉湯,都好出色,一上枱已經聞到好香黑松露味,湯底夠滑又creamy,配埋餐包牛油,超夾 !

主菜叫咗兩個~燒美國熟成豬鞍配燒烤汁,豬鞍燒得啱啱好,肉質juicy又唔會韌,燒烤汁甜甜哋,同豬肉好夾。另一個係卡邦尼手工扁意粉,意粉煮得al dente,蛋香同煙肉嘅鹹香完美結合,醬汁掛晒喺意粉度,食到舔舔脷!

整體來講,C2 Lab食物質素高,價錢合理,絕對會再encore!
