To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 途經屯巿時代廣場,見到這間新開張的台式火鍋店,趁著天氣驟寒,立刻就決定進去暖一暖身!餐店裝璜簡約,以米白色作主調,柔和順眼。座位是一人一鍋設計,很是闊落舒適。店內設有火鍋配料區、飲品區、醬料區及雪糕區。多款湯底有辣有養生,我選了麻鴨鍋,即是麻辣鴨血鍋!而且鍋裏的鴨血更能無限量添加!澳洲M8純和牛:薄切的和牛片,刀功細嫰,下鍋一焯便已可食用。肉質不算滑溜但勝在油香味足,齒䶝中留下不盡的餘香。澳洲純和牛:亦是薄切的和牛片,但這款油脂相對較少,而且牛肉味更徧濃重。墨汁花枝滑:花枝滑配上墨汁更特出鮮味,花枝肉爽嫰有嚼口。黃金豆皮:在香氣滿溢的麻辣鍋上走一趟,表面掛著湯汁,內裏吸滿麻辣精華,一口吃下簡直將味覺昇華!紅糖麻糬:餐廳還有很多台式小吃及主食,例如這款紅糖麻糬,口感十分煙韌,甜而不膩,滋味不錯!飲品更是種類繁多,除了飲品區內的茶類、汽水等,更有多款特飲可下單選擇!
