To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日雖然好凍仍然好想同屋企人食車仔麵。於是同自己父母去當係一個慶祝。😊😊秘制牛筋。富有豐富的滷水味,加上韭菜,簡直是享受。超級脆嘅炸魚皮。超好食嘅炸魚皮好食程度勁過核爆。嫲嫲食到笑口顏開。咖喱魷魚他們的咖喱好特別,適合鍾意食辣嘅人。魷魚好新鮮嫩口, 配上獨特的咖喱簡直好似飛一樣,好食。秘製豬軟骨骨應該超過12小時用唔同嘅滷水汁去慢慢烹調。而能夠做到骨肉分離,咬落去可以聽到樂樂聲。最好飲嘅當然係佢哋嘅秘制靚湯。😊
