To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由樓上鋪主打外賣午飯, 做到能在銅鑼灣和佐敦都有地鋪, 這小店可算是成功經營. 叫得做住家菜, 無非也想給食客有家的感覺, 而在家食飯的其中一個重要考慮, 當然是價錢, 這裡菜式相宜的價錢也能達到這個考慮.雖說是住家菜, 這𥚃食物的賣相一點也不馬虎! 像是用竹筒裝住的鮑汁炒飯, 當然沒有寧香味, 但外觀比用碟裝的更有清幽的感覺, 鮑汁雖濃但不過咸, 重要的是如此黏的鮑汁, 也不會令炒飯變得糊爛, 依然能保持乾爽, 飯粒分明.脆香琵琶豆腐是傳統琵琶豆腐的強化版, 將琵琶豆腐炸香不但令其更香口, 其內裡的軟糯也得以維持, 真正能做到外脆內軟的口感, 當然做法上比一般炸豆腐更複雜.阿嫲雞是這裡的必叫菜式, 用上新鮮雞製作, 在肉質和雞味上已冇得輸, 雖說是沙薑雞, 但加上秘製醬汁令其除了咸味外, 更加了一些清甜的味道, 不再只是死咸. 結果是看上來價錢很”住家”的菜式, 製作上並沒有在家吃的馬虎之感.

雖說是住家菜, 這𥚃食物的賣相一點也不馬虎! 像是用竹筒裝住的鮑汁炒飯, 當然沒有寧香味, 但外觀比用碟裝的更有清幽的感覺, 鮑汁雖濃但不過咸, 重要的是如此黏的鮑汁, 也不會令炒飯變得糊爛, 依然能保持乾爽, 飯粒分明.
