To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於康城商場內，港鐵站直達。環境寬敞明亮，適合家庭聚餐或朋友聚會。今次同屋企人一齊，終於可以放開肚皮嗌多d食多d啦 * 挪威長腳蟹：蟹肉鮮甜飽滿口感紮實，每一啖都是大海個feel。烹調方式恰保留了長腳蟹的原汁原味。上菜時，長腳蟹的擺盤也很吸引人。* 好好味嘅叉燒呀：叉燒肥瘦均勻，外皮焦香內裡肉質軟嫩，蜜汁調味啱啱好。 * 京式片皮鴨二食：片皮鴨鴨皮酥脆，肉就鮮嫩多汁。配上薄餅、青瓜絲和甜麵醬，口感豐富有layer。第二食鴨肉，廚師也處理的很好，不會過於乾柴。整體來說，片皮鴨的表現有feel。服務人員態度幾好。價格方面都抵食，以食材品質和用餐體驗來說，物有所值。將軍澳附近難得適合家庭聚會的好酒樓呀。
