To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞金豪小菜比火鍋更出色, 今晚先試家常小菜, 待日後發達才再一嚐這裡的雞湯翅上湯粉絲雜菜煲, 上湯味濃而不重味精, 為清淡的時蔬小菜增添味道粉絲蟹煲, 選了較經濟的花蟹而肉蟹, 蟹身同樣鮮甜肉厚, 但茨汁不夠, 粉絲有點過於乾身嗜嗜雞煲上桌時還不斷冒出白煙, 十分香口惹味, 但同樣醬汁太少瑤柱水蛋蒸的時間合適, 蛋身很滑, 瑤柱分佈平均令口感更佳豉椒鵝腸味道是合格的, 但鵝腸本身屬普通貨色, 不夠肥美可惜這一晚招牌的去殼避風塘瀨尿蝦早早售罄, 令第一次來的朋友未能一試金豪小菜是合格有餘, 但我還是喜愛他的粥底火鍋多一點
