同學慶生飯局,今回開上海菜。涼拌海哲青瓜:夏日炎炎,最佳涼伴,青爽。四喜烤夫:好味道。薰魚:入味,燻香,肉夠實。酸辣湯:刚好酸辣度,開胃。砂锅雲吞雞:這個菜式,可以作為湯,也可以作為菜,多些湯水,就是湯,多些材料少些湯水,便成菜。今天,兩樣都吃到。蜜汁火方:真正做到肉質鬆化、鹹甜相融的層次,卻為數不多。今次也不例外,一般之作。樟茶鴨:是晚最佳主角,撲鼻煙燻香,肉嫩不肥又juicy。山東燒雞:味道不错,可惜肉略為鞋了点。糖醋黃魚:炸到酥脆,酸甜得宜。小籠包:皮薄肉鮮,湯汁滿溢。
