經驗所得叫得美食或美味既食肆都強差人意背道而馳,已做好心理準備應戰,我不入地獄誰入地獄!九鐵經常故障,搞到 10 點半先到黃埔,勁肚餓呀!魚肉燒賣、茶葉蛋,好鬼窮唯有食少一點點。專登想食煎釀三寶,竟然 3 點後先有得供應。魚肉燒賣,只 $10 蚊兜啊!辣油淡如水淨油沒有渣,燒賣嚥嚥韌韌濕度高,輕輕的咸,淺淺魚味。茶葉蛋,要 $11 蚊 3 隻,濃咸實淨,沒有特別的蛋蛋。咖哩魚蛋,只需 $9 蚊有 12 粒,大大碗抵食喎!咖哩水好淡,魚蛋彈彈索索聲好假,味道唔腥可以的。麻辣辣椒油有幾粒花椒浮浮下喎,裝飾黎架?完全都唔麻既?辣油不香不辣。辣醬好咸,少少酸帶微弱的辣。木瓜雪耳糖水,嬸嬸話例湯未煲好,午飯時段過左半都未有例湯?可能沽清啦。只有糖水供應,我唔食甜野架,是但照要轉贈同事品嚐。赤小豆蓮藕豬骨湯,味濃香甜熱辣辣,全數灌落暖笠笠好舒服。凍冰冰的餸菜依舊,都係先飲碗熱湯暖暖胃先。冬瓜雜菜湯,真的冬瓜來的嗎?絕無味精都是天然的超甜味道,不過豆味超強不喜歡。我要飲咸湯,不要甜湯,就連蜜棗我一樣不喜歡。五穀五豆湯,其實每次飲都估唔到係咩湯,估計係素湯。沒半點肉但味道香濃,豆味強烈還泛著栗子甜味,

雜豆湯,濃厚豆味跟鮮番茄味道,明顯沒半點肉的健康湯水,味道真的不錯,熱熱地享用。薏米湯,非常濃郁甜美!可能係紅蘿蔔的關係。薏米嚥韌,杰杰厚厚的湯汁,試兩口夠晒。豉油雞髀,硬實冰凍的雞髀有點乾硬,免強合格。咸咸的豉油味只留在雞皮外,油感較重,咬落乾乾結實,白潺潺雞肉無味,肉汁欠奉。最好連肉帶皮一齊食就有點味道,過過口癮還好,未算好味道,但唔難食既。肉片炒豆角、蒜蓉椰菜花,兩味菜爽嫩都不過不失。


豉油雞全翼,依隻浸到霉霉爛爛,味道陰沉單調,顏色暗啞,睇見都唔開胃。真心去街市只售 $10 蚊 3 隻,鮮嫩彈滑高質千倍萬倍!豉油雞扒,只有細細半件,咸咸油油的雞皮,乾硬無味白肉,話晒都夠厚身叫啖啖肉。


蒜蓉西蘭花椰菜花,鴛鴦炒真罕見,凍凍淡口多汁爽爽的西蘭花及椰菜花。蒜蓉炒芥蘭,微暖略粗糙,有菜汁帶著甘澀味。豉汁豆卜炆排骨,油油重咸排骨碎,骨杉杉沒怎麼肉食。超咸豆腐卜比排骨更咸,索盡咸汁油淋淋!


冬瓜炆豆卜,清淡得黎食到天然味道,瓜爽甜搭豆卜香口嚥韌。梅菜蒸鯇魚,魚身好多骨呢!油膩感滿分,魚肉滲著肉汁,夾著微甜梅菜都算合格。炸雞全翼,首次有熱既餸食,千年難得一遇!她就係剛炸起雞全翼。新鮮出爐驚喜萬分開心死,外脆內嫩香噴噴,豪氣地一咬一扯肉汁飛射,醃味可口啖啖肉好好味!涼瓜炒蛋,接著處理冰凍涼瓜炒蛋,都落左不少糖炒涼瓜喎。甘味微弱,微爽偏軟,涼瓜微甘腍身不甘不苦只食到咸味。


炒蛋散碎濕濕,夠嫩滑甜味濃厚,味道不錯但太少蛋喇!而且炒到蛋還蛋、瓜還瓜散筲筲的。臘肉炒豆角,最後冰凍臘肉炒豆角,以為清炒豆角添!涼浸浸的臘肉炒四季豆,有一片臘肉點綴真的感動流涕!爽甜四季豆,味道蠻可口。趙到索索青夠爽脆夠鮮甜,泛著臘肉的油香,但凍左就變得油膩。


蒜蓉炒菜芯,反而有驚喜喎!勁多菜芯雖然凍冰冰,冷冰冰地不停食,少少菜甜味,少少蒜香味。略爽帶嫩清甜,無渣無草青味,說不到好好食,滿意合格。咕嚕肉,藏在菜芯下的咕嚕肉其實係生炒骨。凍到肉質變硬變硬,表面黏黏糊糊的,淡淡的酸淡淡的甜,平凡唔難食。肉碎茄子,最後到溶成一劈的肉碎茄子,慘不忍睹,賣相可怕!顏色暗淡帶灰,油油的口感及味道頂硬上食左大半。


麻婆豆腐,竟然是熱的,幾生修來的福啊!不過完全無味既?忘記落鹽?豆瓣醬同樣無味,加太多水?討厭的硬豆腐,硬掘掘有豆味但不香,完全唔想食。炸雞扒,冷冰冰的厚厚炸雞扒半件,雞肉無味,雞皮有微咸,凍雞肉乾硬油,凍雞皮連炸漿十分硬韌,唔好食亦唔難食,算飽肚抵食。乾硬炸雞扒,加上又靭又腍帶濕的炸粉,用點牙力消滅吧!只食到外層咸咸椒鹽味,基本上無雞味亦食不到雞扒有醃過。


豉油雞髀,其實豉油雞髀都幾難煮得唔好食,依隻真的出類拔萃難得一遇!雞皮竟然有股濃烈嗅羶味,百思不得其解,用上什麼嗅香料浸製呀?幸好羶味只出現在雞皮,雞肉完全無受影響。除雞皮嗅羶加風乾到膠韌,白肉鞋烚烚出晒渣,乾爭爭沒有任何味道!求鬼其不停咬咬咬吞吞吞,當無食過!


豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜,只有一丁點的鯪魚肉碎及骨碎,搞笑非常!油感十足的油麥菜,名乎其實起油,當然油從鯪魚來的。已變黃的油麥依舊爽甜,還有蒜蓉豆豉香味,最衰凍到似沙律,免強都入得口。蓮藕肉餅,人生第一次的蓮藕蒸肉餅,蓮藕已變成糊狀泥漿跟肉餅完全融合,質地棉腍濕黏,肥豬肉味突出。


蘿蔔炆牛腩,蘿蔔爽脆多汁微澀還入得口,一粒勁羶牛腩邊皮,投降!娃娃菜,凍凍爽甜爆汁無投訴。番茄炒蛋,超老蛋有牛油味道,口感似用蛋碎搓成蛋球一樣,無添加醒胃鮮茄多汁酸甜可口。煎秋刀魚,魚味勁濃魚脂豐沛,結實香甜油油的,冰凍不過十分滿意。粟米汁豬扒,鬆化豬肉原汁原味沒有鬆夠天然,醃味得宜搭上甜美濕濕粟米汁,啜得高興,趙得愉快!南乳炆五花腩,鞋鞋的瘦肉炆得重味,豬皮爽彈黏滑,互補不足。
