To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相隔3個月又泥過,平時甚少同一間餐廳短期內食兩次,朋友想試,就訂左離大廳比較遠既卡位。原因係當晚會有live band,坐大廳多數係大枱,而且會比較嘈,坐卡位岩岩好,聽到歌又唔怕嘈上次食過好味既有兩樣,其中一樣係溏心蛋另一樣係蝦仁蟹粉唔洗介紹,一定好食。另外仲點左3樣野同白飯。百葉十分大碟清清地,健康又好味砂鍋雲吞雞侍應會分開隻雞同湯,湯既份量大約6-7碗,隻雞就放係枱面。小籠包👌🏻原來餐前小食(第一張圖果碟瓜)同茶位加埋都差不多$90上次泥真係冇留意到,大家如果人多就要有返個心理準備加$1xx🙈
