朋友推薦來試吓,非常旺場以為冇死喇。先來招牌菜鐵板黑椒豬手,豬皮有半吋厚,入口即吐,應該係豬脚,外皮冇焗或炸過,原隻鹽水煮完上鐵板,黑椒汁又冇黑椒味。豉汁聖旨就冇鮮味又過熟,可能係灼熟再撈豉汁就上碟。 睇之前食評大厨應該曾經出名過,現在只求快上枱快收錢,客人又受,係香港飲食業常態.
