To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 依家手工中菜真係買少見少,市面嘅餐廳都比預製菜攻佔,所以一定要幫襯優質嘅餐廳。今次介紹位於灣仔合和中心7樓有間主打京菜嘅「北京老家」,係菜單會搵到好多懷舊京菜,要嚟多幾次先試得哂。北京填鴨可以見到充滿光澤嘅棕紅色鴨皮,皮下有薄薄一層脂肪,然後脂肪下面係多肉汁嘅鴨肉。乾燒明蝦拼鍋巴甜酸開胃嘅蝦肉,口感彈牙爽口。配搭烤到香脆嘅鍋巴又是另一番風味。乾隆白菜選用大塊嘅白菜,配搭芝麻醬和醋令到白菜帶返酸甜嘅味道。老家醉豬手平時我對豬手就一般,但係依款就充滿酒香味,同時亦都唔會有腥味。官庭牛腩煲估唔到牛腩都有驚喜,長時間炆煮令到牛腩軟腍,我自己覺得餸飯就一流。老家富貴雞首先用泥密封整隻雞,能夠起到鎖住肉汁嘅作用,雞肉內部釀入配料,可以帶返天然嘅鹹香出嚟。拔絲香蕉大廚話佢哋嘅拔絲用咗中西合璧嘅方式,所以佢哋嘅拔絲唔會咁容易用,啱晒打卡。宮廷狀元糕主打健康嘅金絲棗製作而成,有天然嘅甜味又夠晒營養啊。北京老家 (灣仔)灣仔皇后大道東183號合和中心7樓704及8樓802號舖

乾燒明蝦拼鍋巴
甜酸開胃嘅蝦肉,口感彈牙爽口。配搭烤到香脆嘅鍋巴又是另一番風味。
