To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早落旺角，去到銀龍，人唔多，叫左個早餐A2, 香辣肉丁，午餐肉，煎蛋面 + 熱奶茶($35), 旺角黎講，價錢算合理。先講個面，香辣肉丁唔係用五香肉丁，應該係自家製肉丁，同五香肉丁嘅味道差好遠。五香肉丁面係全靠個肉丁汁帶起成個面，但呢個面係可以完全無味。肉丁無味，面無味，湯都無味。其餘嘅餐肉同蛋就正常，但係個面無左靈魂，其他就唔洗講。奶茶就正正常常，雖然奶多左d, 但呢d 野都唔係大問題。上餐都算快，員工態度正常咁咯。
