To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 刻意早起返公司附近食早餐。揀窗邊位坐，要炒蛋多士加煙肉，飲Flat White，不到10分鐘已送上。炒蛋夠熱，嫩滑帶香草氣息，煙肉脆身但無肥脂，法包夠脆帶麵粉香，麥包較嚡身但有麥香。Flat White泡身薄打得幼滑挺身，飲落泡啡融合度高，咖啡底口感厚滑。早餐好大份好飽，身心都滿足。
