都好有一段時間冇入過去元朗了,入去搵下有咩食,之前雜誌有介紹過d間炸脾有幾出名,同埋我老婆又好想食炸野,咁就入去行下去試下間野喇,去到間舖原來都幾多人等緊位。一坐低叫左個【招牌雞脾出前一丁】【沙茶炒飯】【自家制凍菊花茶】,但所謂招牌炸大雞脾可能用左高温長時間的油炸令外皮又硬又乾唔香脆令雞肉肉汁過份流失,真係好失望。另一個沙茶炒飯都是不錯的選擇,炒飯又有獲氣又乾身, 份量十足, 蝦仁爽口彈牙, 有好特別的沙茶香味,配上蔥花,蛋, 又燒粒, 等等,d個仲出色過炸脾。到個菊花茶,夠哂清甜菊花味,但比較偏淡。希望有代改善,尤其事個炸雞
