To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司請客食飯, 所以有幸光顧.由於做主人, 自己早到少少點菜. 或者我地唔係熟客(但著得唔差, 行政人員返工look有幾差?) , 待應完全唔好客, 個別仲嘴妙妙. 奇怪! 是日叫左個套餐, 係差唔多$400一位既套餐. 菜式分別為:五式冷盤(連醉雞都冇, 得烤夫, 淹青瓜, 海蜇...之類, 每樣幾塊, 十分矜貴), 味道十分,極之普通龍井蝦仁(全無特色, 無龍井味)響螺老雞燉翅(ok)焗釀蟹蓋(ok)松子魚塊(全無特色)蝦乾撈幼面(蝦乾全無鮮味)唔知點解, 每一度菜, 無錯, 係每一度, 侍應都會走埋黎拿起支鎮江醋倒入你個碗/碟度, 即係話, 基本上每一個菜, 都係一樣既醋味.沖茶既水唔熱, 即食左成餐飯, 飲親茶都要"lur"茶葉, 因為茶葉完全不沉底.食物唔掂, 服務唔掂, 卡位裝修其實似茶餐廳格. 我寧願去小南國(中環). 冇下次.

是日叫左個套餐, 係差唔多$400一位既套餐. 菜式分別為:

五式冷盤(連醉雞都冇, 得烤夫, 淹青瓜, 海蜇...之類, 每樣幾塊, 十分矜貴), 味道十分,極之普通

龍井蝦仁(全無特色, 無龍井味)
響螺老雞燉翅(ok)
焗釀蟹蓋(ok)
松子魚塊(全無特色)
蝦乾撈幼面(蝦乾全無鮮味)

唔知點解, 每一度菜, 無錯, 係每一度, 侍應都會走埋黎拿起支鎮江醋倒入你個碗/碟度, 即係話, 基本上每一個菜, 都係一樣既醋味.

沖茶既水唔熱, 即食左成餐飯, 飲親茶都要"lur"茶葉, 因為茶葉完全不沉底.

食物唔掂, 服務唔掂, 卡位裝修其實似茶餐廳格. 我寧願去小南國(中環). 冇下次.
