To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友買了88蚊午市任食，等左1個鐘都無野黎。等左2個鐘落左3round野食，第1round都未黎齊（2個女仔，落左10樣野都無），問個職員，大大聲話有枱等個幾鐘都仲等緊，係咁架啦！人就走左。連d唔使蒸一做整好的綠豆糕／紅棗糕都黎唔到。本身選擇就唔多，見住隔離枱遲落order過我地，同一樣野食都上左，我地就乜都無得食。2個幾鐘，追左幾次，個職員就答有d點心無哂啦，無辦法啦，係咁架啦！問佢有乜有有乜無又答唔到，一早落既綠豆糕同紅棗糕見都無見過。講真，你要搞任食想推生意，唔係收左錢就話無哂野食係咁架啦，有得食已經好好。強烈唔推薦，地點係火炭站要行10～15分鐘，服務員唔夠，選擇唔多，食物一般，諗唔到有乜可讚。
