好開心終於有返晚市,當然要即刻book omakase同老公過二人世界,飛唔到去日本,唯有喺香港製造回憶,超級鍾意食壽司嘅我哋就揀咗呢間位於尖沙咀八瀧,雖然唔係開咗好耐,但係壽司界好似都幾出名👍主打當然是廚師發板,有三款套餐,我哋就揀咗中價位-鮨$1388/位,相當多野食,當中宮城唐桑蠔好好食,海水味特別重,肉質又肥美,算係近排食過最好既生蠔☺️大拖羅壽司入口即化,完全唔洗咀嚼除了刺身同壽司,仲有用蜜金雕煮成魚湯,真材實料的證明,蜜金雕本身淡雅清香,再用木魚、昆布提鮮,味道更加鮮甜,最後仲有鱈魚棒零食,非常滿意一餐🤤
