6點鐘路經太子呢間餐廳,純粹因為避雨入左去食個早飯。見到佢有d菜式比較少見,好奇心下叫左 《咸檸檬鴨湯 $25》- 味道好似咸檸蜜飲品但係無甜味既~幾得意飲完覺得可以醫喉痛~但應該唔係個個接受到個味道,一試無仿。《汕頭粿汁 $35》- 口感似稀身既蒸蘿蔔糕,夠熱,入面有豆腐卜 同 鹵水食物。《雙拼魚旦魚皮餃 $48》- 手打魚旦幾彈牙,魚皮餃皮唔算厚,多汁有魚味。《手工餃子 $15/4隻》- 湯底清,餃子算大隻,餡料多。咬開多汁,豬肉味濃。餃子皮唔厚,好滑。《潮式鹵水拼盤 $68 》- 有鹵水雞蛋、豬腸、豬肚、豬腩肉,色水夠,但如果可以再入味點就更好。《綠豆爽糖水 $16》- 好大碗,絕對可以2人share. 好多開邊綠豆,甜度適中,亦唔會太杰。但表面有d醬油,一問之下原來係潮式麻油。正宗潮式食法係要撈醬汁食的。但我還比較喜歡港式食法,哈哈。之後仲加左津白 同 一支汽水 :原來有做私房菜
