幾經辛苦趕好份report,終於可以休息一下食返餐好既好好獎勵一下自己,咁啱係公司附近有間爐端一直想試,今日就係一個好日子去試下。一個人既晚餐當然要食豪d,先點左2款小食做開頭,炸豆腐感覺好精緻上層放上白蘿蔔蓉同椒絲食落唔會辣,豆腐下淋上天婦羅汁沾住食減低油膩感。試試水温後又幾滿意轉攻串燒,雞翼牛舌係我平時必點之選,果然無令我失望燒得香口又入味。汁燒墨魚咀有嚼口但容易咬開。胃仍然有空間就問左店員有咩推薦,是日推薦係燒芝士大啡菇。大啡菇仍然脹卜卜,切開內裏仲鎖住水份咬落好香菇味。大食既我都係要食返份主食先夠飽,最後點左份蟹膏炒飯做終結,見到金黃色既飯粒炒得又夠鬆散已經好滿意,咬落仲有蛋香加蟹膏味配搭得幾好。
