To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去典型裝修嘅酒家食,雖然唔係大酒樓但地方乾淨整齊座位也很闊落,分左右兩間店舖,六點剛過已經坐滿人, 一路點餐等食,電話不停響留位,有很多walk in客想食都冇位。食物都係小炒為主,第一次試這間金豪酒家所以我們點了三款招牌菜及蟶子蟹孖堡餐。勁推介呢個餐,蟶子一上枱超有驚喜,冇諗過係蟶子皇肉質肥厚,咬口爽唔韌啖啖肉真係可以塞漲個口腔蒜蓉粉絲蒸冇得輸。 唔單止蟶子新鮮,連避風塘炒蟹肉實,鮮甜,厚肉夠曬鑊氣$538嘅價錢出面一定食唔到。鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉: 果然用新鮮菠蘿,甜酸味剛剛好唔會搶走肉味,肉嘅脆漿做得夠薄好脆口,仲要啖啖肉唔肥,放了一段時間再食都依然係脆。花甲浸菜苗:嚟到即刻試咗個湯先都幾鮮甜,D菜正正常常吾老。 我本身都有D擔心個花甲會有少少腥味,但點知花甲好新鮮粒肉大大粒。見到幾多人推介同埋個菜名前面有個讚就嗌咗一個芥末牛柳粒試下。牛柳粒幾諗,吾駛用咩牙力都咬到,吾韌,有牛味。 加埋個芥末甜甜地幾開胃。 有樣嘢估唔到嘅係佢竟然加咗琥珀合桃,好鬆脆同啲牛好夾。幾個朋友飲下酒傾下計食下小菜呢個地方唔錯又唔會催你埋單趕住做下一輪。
