呢排成日出街食,都想飲下老火湯滋潤下,係銅鑼灣見到呢間餐廳有燉湯,一於入去試一試。招牌脫骨海南雞飯 (8.5/10, 配燉湯$99): 呢個海南雞飯,雞皮好有光澤,雞肉鮮嫩,點啲辣汁或者薑蓉更能提升鮮味;油飯亦粒粒分明,帶有濃郁嘅雞湯香氣,但又唔會有肥膩嘅感覺走地文昌雞飯 (8/10, 配燉湯$99): 文昌雞比海南雞嘅肉質較為實淨,但又唔會覺得韌,雞味亦都比較濃。不過懶得lur骨嘅我就比較鍾意海南雞飯😂石斛太子參無花果湯 (8/10): 睇到Menu介紹呢個湯滋陰清熱,好啱夏天飲,就即刻揀左。燉湯清澈透明,一入口就感到一種甘甜嘅味道,石斛嘅香氣,無花果嘅甜味同太子參嘅甘味好平衡,飲完之後好舒暢心靈雞湯 (8/10): 由原條人參,虎乳靈芝同烏雞熬製而成嘅燉湯,睇實好足料,味道亦唔會話好重藥材味,相信冬天飲一定更滋補馬來黑叉燒 (7.5/10, $32): 叉燒上面有好多蜜汁,而且仲帶有少少燶邊,如果可以稔多少少就更好了無骨豬手(7/10, $88): 豬手皮肉均勻,肉質細嫩,啖啖肉食起上嚟好方便墨魚春卷 (8/10, $32): 外層酥脆,內裡嘅墨魚肉幾彈牙花雕醉鴨舌 (7/10,

墨魚春卷 (8/10, $32): 外層酥脆,內裡嘅墨魚肉幾彈牙


花雕醉鴨舌 (7/10, $32): 鴨舌好爽口,同時帶有濃郁酒香


荔枝蘆薈梳打(7/10, 跟餐+12): 荔枝味唔會話好㗎,仲有粒粒蘆薈增加口感,清爽解渴
