To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週一下午於歷山大廈北京樓出席了一場婚宴。相比晚宴，午宴氣氛較輕鬆，適合追求簡單的新人。餐廳內裡裝潢雅緻，富中國特色，地方簡潔舒適。食物方面，北京樓貫切美心集團的中上水準，普遍令人滿意。金豬呈獻瑞屬是日較失準之作，豬件稍肥及皮不夠脆。宮保明蝦球蝦球巨大，肉質結實，配上甜酸帶微辣的醬汁幾好味。乾隆砂鍋雞燉翅翅量足，質感佳，雞湯湯底甜美。福祿鮮鮑片食味水準合預期。清蒸東星斑魚肉結實白滑，好吃。鴻運脆皮雞外皮果真香酥脆口，雞肉滑度口味對辦。上湯水餃大隻爽口。幸福炒飯色水勻稱乾身。美點雙輝有豆沙窩餅及豆蔻糕，普普通通。蓮子百合杏仁茶杏香合預期，滑度質感一般。再次多謝好友的熱情款待，並祝願兩位白頭到老，永結同心！
