-妹妹終於第一次食鮨真,食左「櫻」($1380)。首先前菜係白梅貝, 爽口鮮甜。這個set刺身有七款,包括左口魚、鯖鱼、秋刀魚、野生鰤魚、粒貝、新鲜銀雪魚同拖羅。左口魚薄切配上鹽板,比較淡身既左口魚在鹽板上卷完後帶有微微既咸味,加埋上面少少既柚子皮,食落特別清新!鯖鱼同秋刀魚刺身就比較肥美甘香,油香配搭上用薑同蔥製成既汁,另有一番風味(個人偏愛秋刀魚刺身)!野生鰤魚即係大版油甘魚,油份較油甘魚多而味濃,口感柔軟滑身,食過包你以後唔食油甘魚🤣粒貝就爽口帶有微微海水鮮甜味,唔錯。新鲜銀雪魚生食真係第一次,入口係爽但食落就會熔化,好似食煮熟既銀雪魚咁,味道同口感都幾特別。至於拖羅就唔洗多講,入口即溶,油份充滿口腔已經無得輸啦。壽司有四款,海膽、金目鯛、鮫魚、銀雪魚。值得一講既係金目鯛,微微燒過令油脂散發香味,食落口油香而豐富,但無拖羅咁漏,好味。左口魚邊壽司都係另一款我最滿意既壽司,加左汁醬再燒香,呢個真係好好味。和食都有兩款,北海道多春魚同炸毛蟹丸,多春魚燒得乾身但keep到juicy,但炸毛蟹丸我更喜歡,熱辣辣加左紫菜炸香,毛蟹鮮甜多肉(唔係得舊粉咁),驚喜位係中間竟然有流心蟹膏,好正!

和食都有兩款,北海道多春魚同炸毛蟹丸,多春魚燒得乾身但keep到juicy,但炸毛蟹丸我更喜歡,熱辣辣加左紫菜炸香,毛蟹鮮甜多肉(唔係得舊粉咁),驚喜位係中間竟然有流心蟹膏,好正!

而最後烏東同魚湯我揀左魚湯,由多款魚煲成,奶白而甜,仲有魚肉在入面,食左咁多生冷野飲返碗湯都幾舒服。
