行過尖沙咀見到新開中菜館,但話說我其實唔算好鐘意海鮮,但我屋企人大愛蟹所以帶佢地去食,食完全世界讚不絕口~先講個古法炒蟹,首先隻肉蟹真係好新鮮,啖啖肉~其次係佢個古法真係好特別,說是豆豉+麵醬,比起一般避風塘炒蟹更入味,我爸直接將啲豆豉送粥。蒜蓉蟶子又係不得了!本人真心極級推介呢個,因為除左個蟶子又大又鮮甜之外,精髓落左係個麻油身上~完全吊起全道菜的味道而又不會蓋過蟶子本身的甜,食一條真係唔夠喉~老闆為了讓河粉吃下去更滑更入味,特地把粗河粉人手切成比坊間的幼河粉更幼的河粉,口感真心完全不同!加上真材實料的湯底(起碼我食唔出味精先),給一個清新的讚!海鮮好食,相信小菜都應該唔錯,叫左帶子西蘭花,帶子又係新鮮既並非雪藏,不過如果西蘭花再稔小小就好了。每枱我見佢都有送生果盤,不過我唔記得影

先講個古法炒蟹,首先隻肉蟹真係好新鮮,啖啖肉~其次係佢個古法真係好特別,說是豆豉+麵醬,比起一般避風塘炒蟹更入味,我爸直接將啲豆豉送粥。
