終於試到bookmark多時嘅湯麵🥳 小店只收現金,鋪面面積較細,只坐到4枱,每一輪入座後,廚房會一次過烹製食物。週末晚市排隊40分鐘左右先有位,湯麵及牛肉都好味,如果唔洗排咁耐,會想再去食😋 全店只提供3款濃湯伊麵($105)提供,每款都係配燒牛肉,揀咗🦐海蝦濃湯及🐷胡椒豬骨濃湯。蝦湯質感濃厚,味道香濃,表面鋪上櫻花蝦,好好味!豬骨湯帶胡椒辣味,表面鋪上蔥花,同樣好味😋 薄切燒牛肉係以火槍燒熟,表面燒至約7成熟,底部則約3成熟,逼出牛脂及牛油香味,非常滋味😋
