壽司郎每月一試炙燒三文魚腹壽司三文魚微微燒過,帶出油脂嘅感覺,加埋啲蔥薑,令三文魚有另一種風味味噌茄子壽司香港限定茄子炸過,都幾油,味噌醬亦都食唔到個味道北海道帆立貝壽司帆立貝鮮味,夠厚身,鮮甜美味,不過有啲沙螺片壽司爽口,不過冇咩鮮味忌廉蟹餅味道幾好,有少少海鮮味,忌廉夠潔身,炸得極鬆脆吞拿魚蓉壽司吞拿魚凍份量很多,不過冇咩味道白身大吞拿魚壽司都有少少吞拿魚味,但係唔算太肥美炙燒金目鯛壽司呢個雖然係黑色碟,即係$27 ,不過係最好食嘅一件,魚肉嫩滑,炙燒之後香味好出雙墨魚壽司熟嘅好食過生嘅,因為醬汁味道幾好,生嗰個俾紫蘇葉遮蓋左啲味道天婦羅柱背壽司細細粒,炸完再放入壽司,呢個應該分開做小食,會更加好白鳥貝壽司肉質爽脆,夠滑身,有少少鮮味

忌廉蟹餅
味道幾好,有少少海鮮味,忌廉夠潔身,炸得極鬆脆

吞拿魚蓉壽司
吞拿魚凍份量很多,不過冇咩味道

白身大吞拿魚壽司
都有少少吞拿魚味,但係唔算太肥美

炙燒金目鯛壽司
呢個雖然係黑色碟,即係$27 ,不過係最好食嘅一件,魚肉嫩滑,炙燒之後香味好出

雙墨魚壽司
熟嘅好食過生嘅,因為醬汁味道幾好,生嗰個俾紫蘇葉遮蓋左啲味道

肉質爽脆,夠滑身,有少少鮮味
