To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蛇羹味道很鮮,但是羹中主要是雞肉。 腊味飯,用料不錯,膶腸和腊腸夠香,吃下去也肉感十足。糯米飯也炒過了,粒粒口感不錯,但是吃多了,覺得肥膩。服務都是老員工了,很有禮貌,你茶沒了,主動補上,雖然是午飯繁忙時候,也沒有趕你離開。可能是遊客慕名而來比較多,價格要比深水歩,觀塘同類的餐廳價格要貴一倍有多。
