To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好 latte 但差環境，不會再來

cafe latte 調得算一般好。但只此而已。cold brew single origin (Costa Rica) 我就唔鐘意，飲唔到低温 extraction 至有嘅芬香。無 order 到 Aussie all-day breakfast, 但個 banana bread 硬轟轟，唔香又連牛油都冇，肯定 far below 我認識嘅 Australian standard.土地問題，呢度得一張六人「大」枱同兩張 坐得一個半人嘅細枱。連遊客都嚟打卡，所所以堂飲還可以，食嘢就好大機會冇位。佢有啲坐後巷嘅凳仔同臨時枱，但問題係俾人食煙（佢仲提供煙灰缸嚟間接鼓勵），同埋有其他人都嚟後巷煲。嚴重污染味覺，啲咖啡幾靚都係廢話。碟都懶得洗，用紙碟載食物，係無謂嘅浪費。連紙巾都欠奉，唉。可以讚嘅係有提供水自斟。但呢個係 Australian cafe 嘅最底要求吧？Overall 唔平。只有 takeaway latte 可以考慮。
