To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘭桂坊唯一又有得飲cocktail,又可以打邊爐的餐廳。裝修格局像舊式的怡紅院style，十分playful. Cocktail有好多種類選擇，幾次去都試了不同嘅飲品，都不錯。平時已經好喜歡他們的打邊爐食材，十分新鮮，好好味！最喜歡他們的牛頸脊和牛黃喉，還有當然是他們的手打墨魚丸，彈牙到極點。美國筒蠔十分大隻及新鮮。今次更試了一些新鮮時價的海鮮，蟶子皇同花竹蝦刺身。鮮味十足，真係一分價錢一分貨。服務亦都一流，招呼好好。三個人食了那麼多東西，飽到行唔到了，哈哈！
