To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說一大班人好耐無出黎聚過,又有朋友由加拿大返黎。所以決定出黎啤啤佢,最後唔知點解會約左黎呢面食飯,因為我唔係攪手XD,所以無咩意見。我地BOOK 左7:30,大家都準時到,不過話我地8:40交桌!?唔係下話.....咁唔黎都黎左,咁都緊係照食啦諗住食多2碟,無人排隊的話可以坐耐D。一坐低為左加速已經狂叫野食。 炸大腸、咕嚕肉、上湯菜心苗、薑蔥3蠔、椒鹽鮮魷、西蘭花炒菇、 琵琶豆腐、脆膳、黑椒豬手、椒鹽九肚魚、豉油王蝦。上菜真係幾快,由其是係隻黑椒豬手,上桌果陣真係好香呀.......但食落無咩黑椒味...豬手唔係炸所以都幾肥下,總叫不過不失....。炸大腸就無特別,比較乾左小小。咕嚕肉同上湯菜心苗無咩食比唔到D 咩意見。再黎就係一大堆炸野......脆膳,肉厚粉又厚,炸得乾爽但係無咩肉味.....食膳定係CHEAP CHEAP魚肉,我自問真係分唔出。椒鹽鮮魷細碟左D,同埋都需要點形容都係咁上下啦,反而碟椒鹽九肚魚好鬼硬身.....,平時食果D 都係偏弱但佢就好鬼企身,點夾都唔散。跟住果D 上湯菜心苗、西蘭花炒菇、 琵琶豆腐同豉油王蝦都係普通碎料。主角當然要介紹薑蔥3蠔,呢個名係小弟自

主角當然要介紹薑蔥3蠔,呢個名係小弟自己改只係有感而發,呢碟野一上桌...。嘩....好大隻蠔WOW....講真的確幾大,咁當然好客氣比加拿大果位朋友食左隻先,之後女士先行。3個人夾完之後。E......無啦!?經我搵左一輪之後証實真係無曬.....好唔好食我唔知.....但我地一圍12人食飯...叫呢款菜係唔係應該通知聲得咁少...等我地炒多碟試下。

算....當我第一次黎食唔識野,諗住加單啦,個伙記話......E+:8:15,你地8:40分要交桌無得加單啦WOW.......。
我地下左一聲....唔係掛.......加單都唔得!?加啤酒你又比我地加。我再同佢講唔係加一碟WOW,加多幾碟野食下架WOW....佢一樣SAY NO。
好....有性格,咁我地亦都坐到8:40分先慢慢執野準時走人。

出到門口亦可以我地時運高......見唔到有人排隊等客,亦見到有吉桌.......做生意做到咁真係一流

Other Info. : 野食其實我食左果D 都唔差,但唔係抵食夾大件。 建議想一班人食下野吹下水唔係揀呢度,呢個價錢間間大排檔都應該可以做到。
