To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再一次黎到元朗,今次食想食日式燒肉,所以黎到元朗廣場既牛角食。小編黎到已經差吾多3點,可能係時間晏左少少,所以人流吾係好多😄,一黎到就即刻有位吾洗排等。小編我揀左食一個定食套餐,價錢一d都吾貴,而且份量好足,小編甘大食都差d食到反肚😝。牛角除左燒肉出名之外,其實牛角飯都好好食,牛角飯睇落雖然冇咩特別,但其實都係招牌之一😁,滿滿既紫菜同個飯,本身已經好夠味,再加上燒肉同少少調味,簡直冇得頂😋。。肉方面,雞肉肉質嫩滑,調味亦都好色,好好食🙈。而主角牛肉嘅肉質軟淋,好有牛味,而且脂肪分布均勻,入口即溶,食到好滿足👍🏻。。
