朋友好鍾意食薯仔呢一個薯仔風琴嘅意思係切開成唔斷嘅片狀,加上酸忌廉同埋乾火腿,十分之香口,口感上薯仔比較乾爽酸忌廉嘅圓滑,加埋火腿煎到微脆,入口口感好豐富,同有層次,由於佢醬料唔算好多,所以薯仔味相對比較突出,個皮都好香口,外脆內鬆化❤️ 平時我相對重口味,如果再多啲醬料就更加好啦!

呢一個意粉最驚喜嘅係佢嘅醬汁!蕃茄醬嘅味道非常之濃郁,有粒粒蕃茄嘅口感,醬料亦都好掛面,意粉軟硬度啱啱好,好欣賞佢煙豬肉嘅咸香,加埋酸酸地嘅蕃茄味道好開胃,以西餐廳來講份量都算多,兩個女仔分都飽!

西班牙黑毛豬脊蓋柳 $248
Pork pluma 係豬肩部和脊部中間嘅片狀肉,係成隻豬中最嫩嘅部位,肥瘦適中,煮得啱啱好,豬要全熟但佢煮得入口超柔軟口感非常嫩,肉汁滿滿,外面微微焦香,單食已經好夠味道,唔加醬都好好食,我覺得好食過平時嘅牛扒好有驚喜!底下面嘅蔬菜薯仔同前菜嘅風琴薯唔一樣,另外仲有少少橄欖中和一下肉類,羽衣甘藍唔會苦澀,配菜都做得好出色!個豬一定要食!

法式班戟焦糖香蕉榛子朱古力味 $88
女仔當然都係叫甜品,最認真係佢香蕉上面淋上糖再烤焦,微微香脆,香蕉就軟綿香甜,配上班戟嘅柔軟,忌廉都好足夠,亦有果仁豐富口感,整體嚟講係一個好傳統嘅班戟風味,如果鍾意清爽嘅人可以叫莓類女嘅班戟,想要幸福感滿滿,比較濃郁嘅味道,就可以叫焦糖香蕉榛子味啦!
