To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年同屋企人去翠園開年，第一次帶男友同屋企人出去食飯，原本應該一家人開開心心，點知撞到個態度差嘅侍應，舉手叫佢幾次，望一望，都唔過來，請佢幫手影張相，話好忙，真係乜嘢態度？而家做餐廳包影相梗咖啦！就算喺街三九唔識七叫我幫手影我都會幫啦，何況做服務業、做餐飲？而且明明佢無做緊嘢，反而其他侍應傳緊菜。隔離枱見狀反而自動話幫手影，慶幸呢個世界仲有好心人。新年流流，我都唔想掃興，所以都無話佢，不過呢度真係要呻一呻，話晒第一張屋企同男友合照。講返啲嘢食先。美心集團，出品係唔錯。我食過好多次，屋企附近呢間都已經食過。鮮蝦帶子豆腐羹 - 清清哋，ok。燒腩仔 - 真係好好味，好脆。讚！推介！鮮菌炒翡翠苗 - 清清哋、爽口。糯米蒸虎蝦 - 兩隻虎蝦開邊4份，加糯米飯蒸，入晒味，好好食。一品砂鍋飯 - 濕炒飯，ok。士多啤梨脆肉排 - 粉少，肉厚，雖然細粒，但士多啤梨味好入味，好咬口。
