To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 宜家真係好鍾意起假日時間去呢頖bar餐廳，特別係中午時間黎，有陽光微風下慢慢食番餐，真係好輕鬆，餐廳樓底高，地方相當大，完全無局促感覺，店員服務親切有禮。今次想重點推介係呢個<Classic beef burger$140>，店員將漢堡送上枱，心中哇左一下，漢堡賣相大之外，仲配埋粗身薯條同沙津，好正呀。即刻襯熱食，馬上咬一口充滿非常香濃牛肉香，外層麵包好軟熟，最驚喜入面有好多芝士，芝士有拉絲效果，又有新鮮蔬菜同煙肉成個漢堡味道好夾，粗身薯條即叫即炸熱騰騰食，薯味十足。呢到我地一定會再黎，講起又掛住個漢堡喇>3<
