To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行開黃金好多電腦人會行埋鴨寮街，剛剛買完筆芯電走上去一樓既大家樂醫肚。呢度無電梯，要行三十幾級樓梯，上到去就見到好多老人家嘆下午茶；2個人搵個位坐低都唔易，好在小朋友醒目搶到個雙人雅座。大家樂下午茶配搭都算多，買咗一份吉列豬扒同一份豉油雞脾下午茶餐。出去排隊等食物等咗差不多十分鐘，經理同員工輸出食物做得好拘緊，因為個分區經理睇住員工做，搞到個個慢晒手腳。唔好諗住上司喺度出品會靚啲，我件餐多士就燶都唔燶吓。坐埋位開始食...吉列豬扒炸得係幾脆夠晒香口，豬扒係幾多汁，可惜肉身係霉嘅!..可能落咗過糧鬆肉粉。條腸仔唔夠熱，厚多士唔夠燶，係杯即磨咖啡比到90分。豉油雞脾浸得太耐，雞下脾已經縮埋一嚿見到腳骨，無晒嫩滑口感。跟餐紅豆冰無乜豆豆，雖然大家樂話輸出份量有標準，都係不可盡信，我呢杯就似奶水比較多。2個下午茶餐唔使40蚊，仲好似大堆頭，不過品質就無想像中標準化咁好。
