To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日下午到黃金商場逛逛, 順道一直行出太子, 見到人不多, 終於都試了第一次, 一個人, 只叫了兩款點心, 蝦餃, 睇樣都已經唔合格, 上枱時, 兩隻蝦餃皮已穿已爛, 食落還不算太差, 穿爛的兩隻, 沒有了內裡的汁, 較為乾, 另外的完好兩隻, 幾彈口, 蝦肉爽, 點些少辣椒油, 味道都可以, 酥皮焗义燒包, 三隻一客, 應該是剛出焗, 好熱呀, 好好味呀, 內裡义燒不肥, 汁濃, 外皮略脆, 做得十分好, 全店最差的是空氣調節, 又焗又熱, 這店的好食程度絕對未超過我忍耐流汗的程度!
