To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話就話疫情嚴峻令大家都唔敢出街🙊但前排同同事食日式燒肉,估唔到下午兩點牛角門外依然有好多人排隊,好彩同事醒目book咗位,我哋唔需要等就可以入座~今次我哋叫午市C餐-和牛燒肉拼盤,總共有五款唔同質素既牛,當中以日本佐賀產A5特上和牛牛肋肉最為矜貴,油脂分布平均,牛味重而且入口即溶,正!🥰套餐仲包括昆布湯、沙律、燒物、飯同飲品~燒物就可揀金菇、草菇、牛油帶子、秋葵同埋石斑魚~而飯類就提供3款,包括白飯、牛角飯同香蔥溫泉玉子飯,自選其中一款~整體來講食物質素高,份量都好足,價錢唔算貴~
