Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五約了田會長一齊去試姊妹裙順便食飯,係太子果頭搵食,近近地去了一間冰室,以多士盒及梳乎厘出名,即想起某兩間餐廳的招牌貨,不過呢間可用貼地價試下呢。 茶記的格局,有電視睇,又不用等位。 餐廳名產:焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士盒,必試了。 本身想試抹茶蛋撻,但實在太搶手了,售罄,只好下次。 試下個抹茶特飲都好。 雪糕抹茶特飲,配餐價,$18,賣相不俗,抹茶味不算太濃,甜甜地,味道普通,不過有雪糕食感覺好滿足呀。 涼粉紅豆冰,友人的。 羅宋湯,好多雜菜夠足料,味道不俗。 焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士盒,$68。 賣相十分吸引,切開多士,口感有硬硬地,又有脆脆地,鮮茄味濃郁,豬扒份量適中,肉質尚算鬆化,飯粒粒分明,味道不俗,如果多點醬汁更好味呀。 芝士焗美國安格斯肉醬意粉,$58,肉醬份量多好惹味,意粉偏軟身,味道正常水準。 食物有特色,味道正常水準,價格合理,服務態度親切,下次有機要試下甜品呀。
