上文講完前菜四小碟,現在正式介紹陸續上枱的主菜,首先是原隻龍蝦開邊上湯煮,蝦肉澎湃滋味,肉質彈牙。吃完幾個重口味菜色,重點燉湯是時候出台,分別是吉林蔘鬚田七螺頭黑豚肉湯,原壺倒進功夫茶杯嚐很滋味,另一燉湯是女仕必選原盅花膠猴頭菇黑豚肉湯,厚厚花膠足料入味,又是時候繼續上菜,古法雞油花雕蒸日本花咲蟹,大厨話蟹是新鮮剛入貨,不得了,除咗賣相靓仲啖啖肉,轉眼清晒碟,連蟹蓋蟹汁也不放過,接著是茶王燻雞,濃濃茶香,原來是鎮店名菜,怪不得皮脆肉嫩。大部份重口味的菜色已出台,雖然已經大半滿,但還有好戲在後頭,待下回分解。
