很少吃西班牙菜，朋友說有間西班牙餐廳幾好食，便一起去試試看。餐廳有兩層，雖然是平日晚上，地下已全滿座。頭盤小食hand-cut iberian bellota ham 36 months, toast with fresh ground tomato這個火腿非常好味，好香，有油份，鹹度適中，配以蕃茄多士，蕃茄新鮮清甜，多士熱辣香脆，SO GOODslow-cooked egg, sea urchins, potato cream好食，蛋同海膽好夾grilled hokkaido scallops, confitted red onion foam, piquillo pepper, spicy garlic sauce帶子夠新鮮desalted spanish cod fillet glazed with garlic mayo, traditional tomato sauce, sauteed seasonal chinese greens魚少少鹹，蕃茄醬好好味12-hour confitted crispy suckling pig, sauteed apples & pears
