To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日來到太興下午茶試試出名的燒味飯, 今次係第一次吃他們的燒味出品, 雖然下午茶來說58蚊一客雙拼飯都相當貴, 但照樣試試有幾好味啦!叉燒切雞飯:切雞 - 雞肉幾嫩滑, 但略為肥左少少, 層皮都幾厚, 皮下脂肪都唔少, 所以食落口其實都冇乜雞肉.叉燒 - 抵讚, 賣相好靚, 叉燒真係燒得好味, 有蜜汁甜甜地既味道, 肉質唔鞋, 嫩滑稔身, 仲有少少燶邊位更加香.白飯 - 飯質地煮得好, 軟硬度岩岩好, 尤其叉燒底下既白飯因為有叉燒汁就更加好味...總結: 價錢唔平, 不過有一定水準, 食得開心, 不過切雞冇乜驚喜, 下次只會叫單拼叉燒飯

叉燒切雞飯:
切雞 - 雞肉幾嫩滑, 但略為肥左少少, 層皮都幾厚, 皮下脂肪都唔少, 所以食落口其實都冇乜雞肉.
叉燒 - 抵讚, 賣相好靚, 叉燒真係燒得好味, 有蜜汁甜甜地既味道, 肉質唔鞋, 嫩滑稔身, 仲有少少燶邊位更加香.
白飯 - 飯質地煮得好, 軟硬度岩岩好, 尤其叉燒底下既白飯因為有叉燒汁就更加好味...

總結: 價錢唔平, 不過有一定水準, 食得開心, 不過切雞冇乜驚喜, 下次只會叫單拼叉燒飯
