To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 20070828終於試到了最近推出的天使面系列，是晚選了海鮮蟹肉天使面，配忌廉芝士生菜沙律杯以及冰凍低糖蜂蜜綠茶。要略等四五分鐘才有得吃，掀開蓋子之後，賣相比廣告上差很遠，不過見到許多菜苗、菇菌之類，似乎幾健康，也就不計較了。天使面浸過鮮甜的海鮮湯之後非常入味，只是這一樣已經覺得很好，海鮮都是些粒粒，不過種類算多，蟹肉尤其不欺場，真正大啖大啖起出來的蟹腳肉。沙律杯味道還可以，不過份量很少，看其他餐要加8元才有，似乎不是很抵。
