To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前在尖沙咀返工的时候,整天看到很多游客在这里排队,今天终於来试一下。工作日晚上来的时候,人也很多,需要等位进来,不过等位很快。很多都卖光了,菜品本身就很少,好像才是个左右。属於新式茶餐厅。点了一个猪扒捞面,捞面有一点像七仔捞面的味道,但是口味会比七仔的重一点,应该也加了一些酱油之类,热气腾腾吃着很香。不过捞面很容易冻成一坨,大概十几分钟。猪排也很鲜美的,很嫩不塞牙。路过可以来吃一下,但也没有排长队的必要。
