To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有朋友食過呢間既燕窩話真材實料,價錢都算ok,重點系有人煮埋,吾洗我呢啲懶人自己煮,所以我又去食返碗!冰糖木瓜燉燕窩一打開有淡淡既木瓜甜香味,燕窩足料,真系食到啖啖燕窩,仲有啲木瓜粒,味道亦吾會好甜,間中食一碗,對自己好啲!椰皇烏雞竹笙燉花膠湯 250ml 呢碗湯同樣足料同好飲,煲得幾濃味。花膠都幾大塊,仲有啲瑤柱、雞肉絲、竹笙,可能多料得制,啲湯飲幾啖就無哂,吾夠喉,好想再encore!飲完碗湯覺得幾正,見到佢地有賣即食既蒜香花膠,所以買一包返屋企試下!拎返屋企即晚餸飯食,花膠幾重蒜味,而且口感都幾黏。呢度只有2張枱,座位吾多,如果坐滿既話可以買外賣呢!
