知道有曾於米芝蓮餐廳任職嘅主廚坐陣,即刻過嚟試吓叉燒有幾燒魂!餐廳比舊式燒味店舒服得多,店舖裝修新淨企理,有2-4人桌,亦有1人自私桌,而且有自助落單。黯然銷魂飯精選半肥瘦叉燒,以爐火微微燒焦,外焦香內軟腍,肉質完全唔柴。蛋可選太陽蛋或煎熟蛋。燒鵝油雞飯,鵝汁菜心燒鵝皮就唔算好脆,可能我哋太夜過嚟,不過仍然有光澤,肉汁多不帶腥味,配以酸梅醬食。油雞都浸得幾靚,夠滑嫩,配上薑蓉自己沾來食。善用埋鵝汁,用來煮菜心正!羅漢果茶餐飲除咗一般汽水 竟然仲有羅漢果茶,清熱潤肺。🛎️必試指數:8/10🔆
