閒日九點幾,兩位,唔洗排隊。黎之前見到都幾多食評話服務差,內心都打左個底,但抱住試新野心態都選擇左呢間札幌過江龍。但我反而想講,間野服務態度唔差,重幾好喎😂事緣我見到落單紙寫住「香港限定」同「特濃蝦汁 」就即刻剔左,好彩店員收落單紙有問多一句:「係咪兩位都要湯麵?」先發現原來我剔左拌麵!於是轉返招牌蝦湯拉麵,店員都幾細心丫。叉燒飯,賣相一般,用既係豚肉粒,成個感覺好似台灣滷肉飯,不過肉質比較嚡,肉份量較少,個人覺得麻麻。湯底:濃厚豚骨湯底口味:鹽味配料:每碗附有叉燒,半隻溏心蛋自選:蔥和麵酥(紅姜天婦羅)先飲一啖湯,Wow~好似飲緊一萬隻蝦煲出黎既湯咁😂真係好濃!鐘意食蝦既,湯底可以揀原味或者適量豚骨,應該會更更更濃!湯底重口味得黎唔會過咸,配埋啤酒,我覺得岩岩好,唔會話要狂灌水。叉燒,雖然好薄好薄,但肥瘦度適中,都算出色,但慳住食都唔夠送晒成碗麵,因為麵既份量麵都唔少。粗麵爽彈掛湯,食到最後食淨麵都唔算好齋。啤酒好夠凍😂👍🏼飲啤酒一定要夠凍!順帶一提,食食吓拉麵先發現漏左俾啤酒,揮手叫店員即刻有人理,重好快上返俾我,態度好好。食滿$100有$50 voucher,下次食滿$110就可
