平時鋸扒可能都會選擇西式嘅餐廳,因為喺香港你算有好多其他款式嘅鋸扒選擇。我今次嚟到呢一間,係行日式風格嘅扒房,唔似西式餐廳咁有人serve,反而係落order去到pick up,都係要自己落手。但由於係self-service,所以價錢比較西式餐廳都平好多。今次要咗牛板展,因為平時比較鍾意食脂肪多啲嘅,軟身少少嘅扒。要左蒜油風味,佢同西式煮法唔同,唔會加任何要黑胡椒或者其他嘢去煎,另付一個燒汁俾你點。味道唔錯,但個部位同相入邊有啲唔同,脂肪唔算好多。

今次要咗牛板展,因為平時比較鍾意食脂肪多啲嘅,軟身少少嘅扒。
