今日嚟到充滿日本江戶時代嘅感覺既餐廳,喺度食飯真係好似飛咗去日本嘅感覺😍行去走廊望上去好多仿真度好高既紅葉🍁設有幾間vip房,還設有榻榻米坐位bar枱位置仲見到有兩位福岡師傅坐鎮,見到佢地整食物都係一種享受👍🏻🥢食物🥢1️⃣料理長刺身盛二人前$500: 每款刺身味道都好鮮味,顏色好有光澤!特別深刻喺鰹魚,外皮輕輕燒過入口好香,還有牡丹蝦、帆立貝、拖羅,鰤魚。2️⃣ 料理長時令壽司$180: 用匙羹擺盤賣相好精緻,吞拿魚蓉、三文魚籽、海膽、魚子醬再放上金箔,顯得特別矜貴😍口感好豐富,鮮味十足。3️⃣燒薩摩魚餅$48: 外皮有少少焦香,肉質好Q彈。4️⃣A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒:我哋加咗$40要棉花糖✨店員講壽喜燒湯底因加棉花糖所以減少放糖,湯底入口帶出一份甜味😋而且冇死鹹味👍🏻和牛3大片,輕輕燙一燙入口勁嫩滑,好出色!5️⃣一夜干燒雞全翼$78: 外皮烤得好香,有微微既焦香味,最重要可以雞肉保持到嫩滑✨6️⃣炸天婦羅雪糕:兩者配搭好特別,口感喺外脆內軟,加埋紅豆蓉🫘非常滿足🥰
