To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度的美國紐約返鄉之旅在5月23日正 式啟程了,按照慣例我跟奶奶依然選擇了過境香港再返回紐約的行程,當然還是搭乘國泰航空的班機,但是國泰航空的餐點真是有夠難吃到爆,電影更是難看到一個 無與倫比,若是國泰航空的高層有看到我這篇文章的話,請你們好好大大地改進好嗎?當然為了讓奶奶每次到香港過境可以嘗試不同 的飯店和餐廳,我這次選擇了入住尖沙咀The Mira酒店,同時還訂了5月24日中午的國金軒Cuisine Cuisine,為何選擇午餐時間來國金軒用餐,是因為中午才會有美味又好吃的港點可以 享用,再加上國金軒是2013米芝蓮一星的餐廳,所以一定要帶奶奶來嘗嘗~~雖然國金軒在2014沒獲得任何星級的評選,但用餐的環境與服務都非常地完 美,這次我點的所有菜色也表現得非常地完美,我預言國金軒2015年應該會再回到榜上的,就請大家拭目以待囉~~
